On the 12th of June, 2019, faculty of Pharmacy arranged a training course for newly arrived equipment. Dr. Muath Sheet (Dean), Dr. Esra Bayrakdar( Head), with other staff joined the training happily.
On 30th of May, 2019, an iftar was organized by faculty of pharmacy for second grade pharmacy students. Dr. Muath Sheet (Dean of Faculty ), Dr Esra Bayrakdar ( head of department) with other staff and students joined the Iftar happily.
On 25th of May, 2019, an iftar was organized for pharmacy students, the Dean of pharmacy faculty, Dr. Muath Sheet, the head of pharmacy department, Dr.Esra Bayrakdar, with other pharmacy staff joined the the iftar with first grade pharmacy students.
On Wednesday, 22ed of May 2019, at 12:30 = Microbiology. On Thursday, 23rd of May, 2019, at 12:30 = Pharmacoeconomics and Immunology.
With sponsorship of Al-Qiffaf Scientific Company the 1st national workshop on Hyphenated Techniques and its applications in Phytopharmaceuticals was held by Faculty of Pharmacy on 23-24 April 2019. Many valuable guests have participated in this workshop for two days. Asst. Prof. Dr. Ashwaq Al-Jaf (Member in Iraqi Parliament), Deans, academic staff, participants from Pharmacy Colleges in many cities of Iraq and Kurdistan, Basrah Drug Quality Center, and Samarrah Drug Industry quality center have attended the workshop.
