The Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University was pleased to participate in MEDICO-2026 alongside other fellow medical faculties. Throughout the event, the faculty’s staff engaged with local and international pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, pharmacy chains, and other healthcare organizations. These discussions opened gates for future partnerships in research, student internships, trainings , and joint conferences—reinforcing the essential link between university education and industry needs.

Faculty representatives also had the opportunity to offer insights to the academic program and carrier opportunities within the field to prospective students. A key highlight was reconnecting with TIU alumni who are now advancing in diverse roles across the sector
Dr. Abdulsamad, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy; Dr. Mohammad Javed, Head of the Department; Dr. Rojan Arif, Administrative Coordinator; and Dr. Shajwan Salar, Scientific Coordinator, alongside other Faculty staff, had the opportunity to visit and reconnect with the Faculty’s alumni, meet with them individually, and express their continued support and appreciation for their professional achievements. Furthermore, it was inspiring to witness the dedication and positive impact of TIU’s students, who actively contributed to the success of the event as volunteers and organizers. Their enthusiasm and professionalism were a source of great pride for the Faculty.
