Tishk International University (TIU) participated in an educational and promotional exhibition held at Family Mall in Duhok from September 16 to 20, 2026. The event aimed to introduce prospective students, teachers, parents, and visitors to TIU’s academic programs, admission opportunities, student life, and career prospects.
The University’s participation highlighted the Faculty of Pharmacy and exposed visitors to other academic programs at Tishk International University. Dr. Ahmad Hamdy Ibrahim staffed the Tishk International University booth, conversing with students, professors, parents, and visitors, who learned about pharmacy school, healthcare careers, admissions, student life, and the University’s academic programs
The Faculty of Pharmacy actively contributed to the exhibition through pharmacy and health quizzes, the “Ask Your Pharmacist” activity, and educational demonstrations. Visitors, particularly Grade 12 students, had the opportunity to learn more about pharmacy, healthcare careers, and other academic programs offered by TIU.
As part of the event, TIU also organized a Certification Award Ceremony at the Family Mall Theatre to recognize outstanding students and teachers from participating schools. The ceremony included speeches from invited academics and guests, student activities, and a special Mawlid Al-Nabawi performance.
The exhibition provided TIU and its Faculty of Pharmacy with an opportunity to engage directly with students and educators, promote higher education opportunities, and encourage students to explore their future academic and professional paths.
