Abstract

The international workshop will be held on 6th May 2026 under the theme “Perspectives on Neurological Health: Redefining Patient-Centered Care.” It underscores the essential role of pharmacists in advancing community health and strengthening patient outcomes. The program invites participants to examine innovative management strategies for neurological conditions, including Stroke, Epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, autism spectrum disorder, and Intellectual disability. Emphasizing a transition from a solely clinical framework to a comprehensive, patient-centered approach, the workshop focuses on promoting dignity, empowerment, and enhanced quality of life.

Objectives

·       To enhance understanding of major neurological disorders and their comprehensive management.

·       To promote patient-centered care principles in pharmacy practice.

·       To integrate medical, psychological, and social aspects into care planning.

·       To strengthen collaborative and communication skills in multidisciplinary teams.
