Industrial Pharmaceutical Education Experience
On December 21st, 2025, fifth-grade students from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University participated in an educational scientific trip to a Syringe Manufacturing Company. This visit, organized by Miss Dania Awni, formed part of the students’ practical learning activities designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world industrial applications.
Educational Objectives and Learning Focus
The visit aimed to provide students with comprehensive understanding of several critical aspects of medical device manufacturing:
Primary Learning Goals:
-
Industrial production processes specific to medical device manufacturing
-
Quality control measures and assurance protocols in pharmaceutical industries
-
Safety standards implementation within manufacturing environments
-
Regulatory compliance requirements for medical device production
Observational Learning and Practical Insights
During the facility tour, students had the opportunity to directly observe and understand:
Production Stage Observations:
-
Different manufacturing stages of syringe production from raw materials to finished products
-
Automated production lines and technological systems in operation
-
Quality assurance checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process
-
Packaging and sterilization procedures for medical devices
