The Pharminar consisted of two sessions, and lasted for 90 minutes. During the month of February, Pharmacy faculty community service project volunteers paid a visit to Hana center for Autism and Charity where the volunteers spent unforgettable moment with the strong little warriors of this center. On 27th February 2020, the faculty of Pharmacy, under the supervision of the dean and head of department, hosted a seminar for its 3rd-year students presented by the pharmacist Dr. Marwan Qasim under the title of “ Pharmacist-Patient communication skills” in which the students were familiarized with the basic methods of communication with their patients in the pharmacy and highlighted the issues that may face the students giving them hints on how to overcome them.
During the month of February, the Dean of Students representatives of Pharmacy faculty, Dr. Zeynel Polat and Dr. Rojan Arif, along with class advisors and students held their first meeting regarding the community service projects they are planning to do throughout the academic year.
