On February 27, 2025, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University organized a guest lecture for Grade 5 pharmacy students on “Manuscript preparation to publication and ethical guidelines.”
The guest speaker, Mr. Sarkar Sardar, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), provided students with a comprehensive guide on how to write an article in the correct format and explained its various types. Mr. Sardar also guided students on how to choose a research topic, gather information, analyze data, structure their paper, and properly cite sources.
The seminar ended with a question and answer session, where students asked about research writing and publishing. It was a helpful session that equipped students with useful skills for writing research papers and following ethical rules in their academic work.
This guest lecture was made possible with the support of Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdul Samad, Dean of the Pharmacy Faculty, and Dr. Mohammed Javed Naim, Head of the Pharmacy Department. The Faculty of Pharmacy also thanked Tishk International University for providing all the necessary facilities for the successful completion of the event.
