On 12 May, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University held an appreciation ceremony to recognize the efforts of the pharmacy students and organizing team who contributed to the successful community service visit to Ishik Ronaki School. The ceremony began with an opening speech delivered by Dr. Reem Sarmad, research assistant, who praised the students for their active role in raising awareness about drug misuse and abuse among adolescents and acknowledged their dedication throughout the project. Dr. Rozhan Arif, Dean of Student Representatives of the Faculty of Pharmacy, also expressed appreciation for the students’ efforts and highlighted the importance of such initiatives in strengthening community engagement and promoting health awareness among younger generations. Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Javed Naim, Head of the Pharmacy Department, also delivered a speech during the ceremony, where he commended the students and organizers for their hard work and emphasized the importance of community service projects in developing students’ professional and social responsibilities. Certificates of appreciation were then presented to the students and staff organizers in recognition of their dedication, teamwork, and valuable contribution to the success of the project. The ceremony concluded with a cake-cutting celebration, bringing together faculty members and students in a joyful gathering to celebrate their teamwork, commitment, and the successful completion of the initiative.
