Basic Life Support First Aid Course First aid significantly contributes to an ill or injured person's recovery. The primary objective of first aid is to preserve life. First aid training focuses on providing immediate care to sick or injured patients until full medical help is available. First Aid Techniques Seminar The Faculty of Pharmacy at TIU organized a seminar titled, “First Aid Techniques ”, for third-stage students, held on November 30th, 2021. First aid is the first and immediate help given to any individual suffering from minor or serious injury in order to save a life, prevent further harm and promote recovery.
