Pharmacy Faculty Visits the Consulate General of Palestine in Erbil
His Excellency Ambassador Nazmi Huzouri, Consul General of the State of Palestine in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq, recently received Prof. Dr. Vedat Koksal, the Dean of Pharmacy Faculty at Tishk International University, along with Dr. Rozhan Arif, the Coordinator of the Faculty, Dr. Ala Ameer, and Dr. Dania Awni. The meeting was held in the presence of Mrs. Nawar Nazal, the Deputy Ambassador.
During the meeting, Ambassador Huzouri expressed his appreciation to Tishk International University’s president, professors, and students and wished them all success. He also expressed his gratitude for the role played by the Faculty of Pharmacy staff and students in representing Palestine at the university’s annual Scientific and Cultural Spring Festival.
The discussions also touched on the latest developments in the Palestinian situation and the region’s potential for peace and prosperity. The Ambassador expressed his hope that the situation in Palestine would improve and peace and stability would prevail in the region.
