The Faculty of Pharmacy Promotes Inclusivity and Well-being Through Creative Initiative

On February 5th, 2024, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University (TIU), led by the Dean of Students and research assistants, organized a unique painting activity for first-grade students. The event aimed to ease the transition into college life for newcomers while fostering meaningful connections with teaching assistants in a relaxed and creative setting.

This innovative initiative provided a canvas for students to express themselves artistically and forge connections with peers and mentors. Through the shared experience of painting, participants found a valuable outlet to alleviate the stress and anxiety commonly associated with the commencement of university life. The painting activity aligns with global efforts for positive change, contributing to the promotion of mental well-being, the elevation of the quality of education, the championing of inclusivity and equal opportunities, and the active contribution to the creation of sustainable and inclusive communities within the campus environment.
