As part of an outdoor excursion that was organized by Dr. Serdar, the Dean of Students’ Representatives of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University, students in the first grade went to Safeen Mountain on February 9, 2026. The first destination on the excursion was at Safeen Mountain, where the students took part in a fun snow battle and other group activities that encouraged them to work together and communicate with one another. Following the event, the group proceeded to Shaqlawa, where they gathered together at a grill for lunch. Students had the opportunity to spend time together outside of the classroom, establish friendships, and improve their communication and teamwork skills in a natural setting that was refreshing. In order to promote overall well-being and personal development, Dr. Serdar emphasized the significance of maintaining a healthy balance between your academic work and your social and recreational interests. Students were left feeling energized and inspired for their academic path that lies ahead after the day came to a close with unique experiences, spirited discussions, and picture-taking opportunities. Both Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Javed Naim, who is the Head of the Pharmacy Department, and Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulsamad Salahuddin, who is the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, provided support for the trip to e organize it in a social and professional way.
