Seminar: Being a Star at University
In collaboration with Zhyar Organization, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a seminar titled: “Being a Star at University”, held on February 7th, 2024. Zhyar, a dedicated voluntary NGO, passionately contributed to the educational landscape by fostering scientific thought and societal development. With a focused objective to enrich the educational journey, the event aimed to empower students with essential guidance and tools for achieving success in their university life.
The seminar commenced with a student, Muhammed Rasul, reciting the Quran. The speaker, Asst. Prof. Dr. Bakhtyar Tallabani, prepared a valuable presentation about how an adult can be a star in their life. He highlighted that the university serves as a background to become a star and emphasized the importance of being an organized person. Dr. Tallabani discussed several key points for success, including avoiding dwelling on past problems, overcoming laziness, steering clear of negativity, disregarding others’ opinions, and distancing oneself from negative influences.
The seminar provided practical tips for students to excel academically and personally, creating a supportive environment for their growth and success, in line with the university’s commitment to quality education and partnership for the goals.
