Welcome Speech for 2nd,3rd,4th, and 5th Grade Students
In November 2023, Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a welcome ceremony for second to fifth-grade students. The event was led by Dr. Rozhan Arif and Dr. Zeynel Polat the Dean of Students Representatives Coordinator, along with Dean of Students members, Dr. Sarmad Jabbar, Dr. Abeer Zuheyr, Dr. Sana Aza, and Dr. Hedi Othman.
During the ceremony, the Dean of Students Representatives gave a warm speech, setting a positive tone for the upcoming academic year. The speech highlighted the importance of teamwork, learning, and belonging, creating a sense of purpose among the students. After the welcome speech, class advisors for each grade were introduced. These advisors welcomed students under their care and shared a bit about themselves. They also provided insights into the upcoming academic year.
Underlining the university’s commitment to overall development, the advisors talked about planned workshops and community service initiatives. These activities not only aimed to enhance academic knowledge but also encouraged a sense of responsibility towards the community.
