TIU’s Faculty of Pharmacy’s Ramadan Iftar
During Ramadan 2023-2024, the Dean of Students at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a heartwarming iftar event for the students, alumni, and staff members. This event of iftar was prepared for approximately more than 600 students of different grades and on different days. The event aimed to bring everyone together in a spirit of unity and reflection during this blessed month.
The iftar gathering commenced with a warm welcome as attendees arrived at the university’s venue, decorated in the traditional Ramadan style with beautiful lights and decorations. The aroma of delectable dishes filled the air, setting a festive tone for the evening.
After breaking the fast and enjoying a fulfilling meal, the group came together for a collective prayer. This spiritual moment allowed everyone to connect on a deeper level, reflecting on the significance of Ramadan and expressing gratitude for the blessings in their lives.
Following the prayer, the event continued with engaging activities designed to enhance religious knowledge and foster a sense of community. An oral quiz featuring questions related to Islam and Ramadan provided a platform for participants to showcase their understanding and learn from each other’s insights. Prizes and gifts were distributed to recognize and appreciate the active participation of individuals across all stages of their academic and professional journeys.
As the evening progressed, the atmosphere remained lively with conversations, laughter, and shared stories. The event concluded with group photos capturing the joyous moments and cherished memories created during the iftar gathering.
