Professional Development Meeting

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University (TIU) recently conducted an extensive Professional Development Meeting, delivered by the Head of Department, Dr. Esra Tariq. Spanning across two days, the initial sessions commenced on September 29th, 2023, followed by the concluding session on October 4th, 2023.

This meeting served as a comprehensive update on the university’s academic regulations, ensuring that the faculty remains aligned with the institution’s standards. The agenda was rich and varied, covering essential academic responsibilities, including effective classroom management strategies, syllabus design, crafting engaging presentations, and the preparation of examination and assessment materials.

Further to this, the sessions provided a collaborative platform for faculty members to discuss potential challenges within the academic framework. Discussions centered on proactive problem-solving approaches and retrospective analyses of previously encountered issues and their resolutions.
