Tishk International University organized a training course for the Faculty of Pharmacy, held on September 19th, 2021. The aim of the course was to coach the academic staff on the use of the new interactive smartboard that will be installed in all lecture rooms. The course explained the educational features and distinctive structures of the smartboard and demonstrated how to use each feature accordingly. The enhanced board is an effective tool that facilitates and improves the quality and efficiency of teaching and education. The attending staff had an opportunity to practically test the smartboard and apply what they learned. A questions and answers session was also held by the instructor of the course to allow staff to further explore how the smartboard may be used to improve learning and student engagement.
