Pharmacy Student Conference 2022
The Pharmacy Student Conference 2022 is the first-ever conference organized by students of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University, which will be held on the 15th of May, 2022. The conference is anticipated to attract more than 800 attendees, which will include well-respected doctors & pharmacists, members of the Ministry of Health, employees of major drug manufacturing & distributing companies, as well as our doctors and the entirety of our students.
The goal of the conference is to introduce our students to the pharmacy industry and provide them an opportunity to lead a forum in which they can also introduce pharmacy to others. It aims to portray how TIU not only pays utmost attention to providing outstanding education but also is greatly concerned with shaping its students into successful future leaders. Several pharmacy-related topics will be presented by our students, to spark scientific discussions between them and our attendees. This conference intends to give our students the chance to explore who they wish to become in the future and to make connections with well-respected attendees by showing them that our students are always reaching for better and bigger achievements.
Goal and benefits of PSC: The main goal of PSC comes to scientifically discuss attractive community-health-related topics based on scientific research. Therefore, this conference comes to create further chances to broaden the student’s horizons to give back to the General Consulates of Erbil. At this conference, our speakers will present to the community.
The conference aims to leverage students’ connections with several well-known drug manufacturing & distributing companies, well-respected doctors & pharmacists, as well as members of its novel research projects. It further intends to present several seminars regarding different topics in the industrial pharmacy field and health-related topics.
