As a part of Pharmacy Faculty Community Service Project, on 21st of February 2021, 4th Grade students paid Hana Autism Center a visit under supervision of (Dr. Rojan Arif and Ms. Amani Tahsin). The aim of this visit was to perceive those tender- hearted battlers. At the outset, a team of volunteers whom are versed in awareness and sensible in charity, was set up.
Later on, a tour was made inside the center to meet the autism children and got the opportunity to visit different classrooms. The volunteers also exchanged ideas with Hana center staff to understand the current needs of the center better and to be able to plan their future activities. Visiting the center was an initial step for the project and assured volunteers and satisfied them. Further steps were discussed and planned to help those autistic children and various awareness activities will be conducted in near future.
