The Faculty of Pharmacy at Tishk International University, with the contributions of both staff and students, organised a workshop in honour of Mawlid-Al-Nabawi, titled National Pharmacy Workshop on Prophetic Medicine, held on October 27th, 2022. The purpose of the workshop was to honour Islamic knowledge through Quranic verses and Hadiths told by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) on the medical use of different types of food and nutrition. The workshop also aimed to highlight the relationship between prophetic medicine and the revelations of what modern scientists have discovered and proved in modern years.

The workshop was supervised by Mr. Mohammed Fatih and Mr. Ali Omar and sponsored by Paky Hospital. The ceremony was followed by an opening speech delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Duran Kala, who welcomed the speakers, guests and participants of the workshop and expressed the importance of prophetic medicine in the world of pharmacy. This workshop was held with the pleasure of three keynote speakers who delivered presentations on prophetic medicine.
